Homer D. Farr, age 95 of Brecksville. Beloved husband of Ginny for 74 years; father of Bruce Farr (Gloria), Ted Farr (Heidi), Tim Farr (deceased), Jane Mutch (John, deceased), Jinny Farr. Grandfather of Tim, Mick, Andrew, Colin, Bryan, Heidi, John, and Sarah. Great grandfather of Evan, Zoe, Isabelle, Woody, Rush, Joey, Sami, Dan, Corinne, Alexis, Gianna, Kaylee. Brother of Eleanor Wargo; Brother-in-law of Jane Farr. Uncle to many. Homer was a First Lieutenant in the 15th Army Air Corps and was the pilot of a B-24 during WWII. A Celebration of Homer's life will be held at Nosek-McCreery Funeral Home, 8150 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville, Ohio 44141 on Friday, September 20, 2019 at 11:00 am with Military Honors to close at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, donations in Homer's name can be made to the Elisabeth Severance Prentiss Center, 3525 Scranton Rd. Cleveland, Ohio 44109, Holy Family Hospice, 6707 State Rd.
