We have set office hours Monday-Friday from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, we are available Saturday, Sunday and Holidays by appointment only.  While walk-ins are welcome, it is always best to call or email to set an appointment.  Our trained staff chose this profession with the understanding that a family's need knows no time clock and we are available by phone 24 hours a day.
