We have set office hours Monday-Friday from 9:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. While walk-ins are welcome, it is always best to call or email to set an appointment. Our trained staff chose this profession with the understanding that a family's need knows no time clock and we are available by phone 24 hours a day.
